1990
The company was established in 1990 in the form of the Consulting Agency – SE (Small Entity) “DAN”, and was the first company in the Republic of Kazakhstan which provided consulting services in the economic sphere, in the sectors of construction and privatization, etc.
Registration Certificate ¹ 001582 as of 18.01.90, incorporated in the State Register of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, Almaty, Kalinsky District Administration, for provision of economic services to state-owned enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including support in transition /changing over to the lease relations and internal self-supporting/ self-financing principles.
1992-1994
SE (Small Entity) “DAN” was reorganized into the Auditing Company “ASIKO” LLP.
Registration Certificate ¹ 19528933 as of 03.08.92, incorporated in the State Register of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, Almaty, Kalinsky District.
License ¹ Ô 21-02016 issued on 18.06.93 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for intermediate trade/intermediation transactions on the securities market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Licensed Auditor Certificate ¹ 0061 issued on 28.02.94 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1995–1997
Re-registration of ASIKO LLP. The Re-Registration Certificate ¹ 1325-1910-ÒÎÎ issued on 20.12.95 by the Department of Justice for Almaty. Qualification Certificates:
The 1st Category Qualification Certificates ¹ 000210, ¹ 000211 issued on 30.06.95 by the National Commission for Securities of the Republic of Kazakhstan for brokerage and dealer activities on the securities market of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

The State License ÌÔÞ ¹ 0000135 issued on 17.06.2000 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for auditing activities.
The State License ¹ 535-1325-1910-ÒÎÎ issued on 25.07.2001 by the CRC at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the chargeable legal services not connected with advocacy.
Member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Certificate ¹ 0106 dated 14.10.2000.
2002–2009
State License ¹ ÞË-00142-1325-1910-ÒÞ issued on 25.03.2002 by the CRC at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for appraisal activities.
License ¹ Þ-19 issued on 12.07.2002 by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for audit of insurance (re-insurance) organizations.
In 2007 the company became the Founder and Member of the Professional Auditing Organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Collegium of Auditors”. Certificate ¹ 1-10 dated 05.03.2007.
In 2009 the company was accredited for and on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an independent Member of the International Alliance of Auditing and Consulting Organizations “The Leading Edge Alliance”, which was confirmed by the Certificate of Membership issued on 18.05.2009.
