1990 – 1992

New economic relations such as leasing and lease contracts were established in the construction industry of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. Over two years, the design, engineering and construction corporation “Almataoblspetsremstroi”, being the first such corporation in Kazakhstan, and the Republican Association of Lease Enterprises “Remas” at the Ministry of Housing and Utilities of  the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic and Alma-Ata Oblast Executive Committee were established and operated successfully.
 

1992-1995

Privatization and denationalization of items and units of the state property of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. Conversion of the Clients’ proprietary form into the ownership in common, development and preparation of accounting and in-house (internal) documentation suitable to and adequate for operation under new conditions (appraisal and personification of property, the opening and  liquidation balance-sheets, issue / offering prospectuses, transition of the accounting system to the new chart of accounts of 1990, development of the system of securities flow and internal auctions, etc.).   
Post-privatization servicing of clients. Creation of the accounting and tax documentation systems.
Establishment of the mixed/combined holding company “Kazagroprommekhanmontazh” in the agricultural sector of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. 
Complex expert examinations and analysis of financial and economic/business activities with the purpose to develop efficient organizational forms, to reduce the tax loads and to simplify the accounting systems. 
Traditional audits to verify creation of authorized and equity capital, and property appraisals.
Assessment of credit and investment risks.  Pricing, as well as restoration and formation of the accounting and tax calculation systems.
Re-profiling, conversion, reorganization, or conservation of entities with the purpose of possible retention of capital and personnel. 
Forensic economical examination, protection of owners’ interests through pre-judicial and judicial procedures. 
Development and implementation of the project on reorganization of “Sredazenergozashchita” JSC into the net holding company having 4 affiliates in the Republics of the Central Asia and 10 subsidiary multi-business/ diversified companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
 

1995-1998

The procedures and systems of tax load reduction, of the consolidation balance sheet preparation, of modification of organizational structures and financial flows of the net holding company “Karavan” JSC having the corporate structure of 32 balance sheets, including 12 Joint Ventures/ Enterprises and 7 Subsidiaries abroad, were developed and improved.
Implementation of the conversion project and the project on the transition to the new Chart of Accounts and Kazakhstan Accounting Standards.
Development and implementation of the accounting policy for multi-business/ diversified entities.
  

From 1997

Commencement of the authorship activities in the sector of applied economic literature in cooperation with the “LEM” publishing house.
  

1998-2002

Provision by the company of the economic, managerial and consulting services of every sort and kind in the form of compulsory and initiated audits, except for the audit of banking activities. Possession by the company of the bank of qualified and skilled specialists and offering thereof to its clients at their requests.
Substantiation and defense of its clients’ positions during dispute procedures both in the course of audit and in a court.  Development and elaboration of different variants of any business transactions, subject to the tax legislations of foreign partners.  Legal support of business activities. 
Provision of the complex of services correlating the economic, accounting, tax, legal, organizational and labor aspects, beginning from establishment of an enterprise and ending with its liquidation.   
 

2003

The basic activities were the same as carried out in 1995-2002, including the compulsory and initiated audits, the economic, managerial and consulting services, etc. 
Provision of services of property appraisal.
The production-economic expert examination of facilities for potential investors, shareholders, supervising authorities, etc. 
The services connected with lawsuits or court proceedings (preparation of documents, provision of consultations, advices, expert examinations, etc.).
Continuing publication of literature for specialists. 
 

2004 - 2006

Along with the services of standard audit, the company is engaged in the work on development of the procedures of substantiation and defense of its clients’ positions during disputes arising out of and in connection with the following activities:
- forwarding;
- travel agency activities; 
- export of services;
- subsoil use;
- natural monopolists’ services.
Investment audits with the purpose of adoption by the clients of decisions on business purchases or investments. 
The works at the shareholders’ requests:  special-purpose audits of joint-stock companies’ officials and bodies to substantiate/ justify any submission of the cases to the Public Prosecutor's Office or the Financial Police Department.  
Analysis and expert examination of the Supervision Authorities Acts at the stage both of audits and initiated lawsuits or court proceedings. 
Continuing preparation and publications of materials and literature for specialists.
Development of the Project on conversion of the Kazakhstan Accounting Standards into the International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards by way of transformation of the accounting system, reclassification of account items and development of Working Charts of Accounts and Accounting Policies for corporate clients, and practical implementation thereof.
  

2007 – 2009

Elaboration of the variants of conversion of the Kazakhstan Accounting Standards into the International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards at the Clients’ requests. Development of a modified model of the Accounting Policy, incorporating the Tax Policy, which substance/content  complies with the basic principles of all the existing International Accounting Standards,  International Financial Reporting Standards and the Tax Code enforced as from 1.01.2009 , and adaptation of such Policy to the particular conditions and circumstances of the Clients’ companies. 
Extension of the range of consulting services under one-time orders and the services of annual support. Specialization of the company in provision of consulting services in the following spheres:  
- Forwarding activities;
- International traffic by  air, by sea, by trucks and by railway transport;
- International operations connected with trade of services and works;
- Transfer pricing;
- Telecommunications and IT-technologies;
- Transactions in intangible assets and items of intellectual property.
Elaboration and publication of the variants of practical application of the IFRS taxation requirements to the issues and problems with a high degree of uncertainty, arising out of and in the course of the Clients’ current activities. The company took an active part in the work of the Advisory Board at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, connected with auditing and accounting activities.
