Consultations

 
Consulting in any activity areas (organizational, managerial, staffing, contractual, economic, legal, etc.):
- consulting (on an annual basis) in all and any matters, issues or problems connected with an entity’s activities (organizational, managerial, staffing, contractual, economic, legal, etc.); 
- consulting in all and any matters, issues or problems connected with current activities (on the one-time basis).

Consulting in all and any matters, issues or problems connected with an entity’s current activities will be provided by previous appointment , with payment of the service fee at least one hour prior to the time of provision of such consulting services and according to the following procedure:  

As a preliminary, the matters, issues or problems to be covered by the consulting services will duly be identified, and if such matters, issues or problems come within the competence of the company’s specialists, the consulting services will be provided in the form of: 
- process consultation, that is,  identification of problems and provision of oral recommendations on the basis of the client’s information;
- expert consultation, that is, the consultant will receive the initial data/ information and will search for any reasons or causes of the problem, using the clients documents, and then he/she will make the decision and, if necessary, will prepare  and give a written answer/ recommendations. 
 

Subscription Services

 
The subscription (annual) services will be provided according to the Contract concluded, with payment of the fixed monthly fee without any limitation on the volume of questions/ issues/ problems and in the order of priority.  All and any questions/ issues/ problems will be submitted by e-mail or telephone, or during a personal business meeting at the Client’s discretion. The answers/ recommendations will be provided as soon as possible and, as a rule, in writing.  Moreover, the Contract will provide for the services of regular sending out/ delivery on the auditing company’s initiative of the required regulatory and legal acts with or without the specialists’ comments.
