The company will provide the following related services:
Creation, adjustment or improvement of the business and tax accounting systems.
The accounting system creation, adjustment or improvement will be provided in the case of emergence of new activity profiles of an operating company or in case of establishing any Branch or Representative Office or any new legal entity. It will be possible to create, adjust or improve any separate sections of the existing accounting system in case of loss or reissue of the appropriate confirming documents. As a rule, the decision on a possible creation, adjustment or improvement of the accounting system is adopted after audit completion.
Restoration of the business and tax accounting systems.
Restoration of the accounting system will be provided in case of any loss, destruction or missing of any primary/ source documents, accounting registers or automated information database with the purpose to continue business or to recover the actual data on a company’s activities for one or another period in case of defense or prosecution of any officials or the persons of the same status under any financial criminal proceedings.
Analysis of the existing accounting system and elaboration of an optimal variant of the Accounting and Tax Policy.
Elaboration of variants or alternatives of a legal entity reorganization, preparation of the separation balance sheets, deeds of assignments, and constituent documents, as well as practical support in registration of newly established legal entities, branch or representative offices.
Analysis of particular sections of an entity’s organizational and accounting structure and system, and development of corporate documentation in compliance with the requirements of special laws, rules and regulations of the civil, accounting, tax and labor legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including:
- Regulations for Office Work/ Records Management - Staff Regulations - Contract System Regulations - Personnel Compensation and Benefit Policy - Personnel Certification Regulations - Regulations on Inventory of Intangible Assets and Fixed Assets, etc. - Accounting and Tax Policy of different models - Dividend Policy - Internal Instructions and Guidelines, etc.
Analysis of non-standard and complex business transactions both performed and potential ones, having any negative or grave financial and administrative-penal consequences, classification of such transactions, and search for optimal decision options.
Examination of audit reports issued by the supervising authorities, and, if necessary, preparation of controversy and dispute certificates and other documents, as well as provision of consulting services in the course of the conflict resolution.
Elaboration of variants or alternatives of different business transactions subject to minimal tax consequences or effects, and preparation of the relevant documents (contracts, agreements, arrangements, protocols, deeds, reports, certificates, etc.).
Analysis of financial and business/ economic activities (general and special-purpose).
Conversion of the Kazakhstan Accounting Standards into the International Accounting Standards by way of the accounting system transformation, re-classification of accounts and preparation and development of the Working Chart of Accounts and Accounting Policy in accordance with the IAS and IFRS.
Corporate seminars on the matters, issues and problems of transition of accounting and financial reporting systems into those satisfying the requirements of the International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards by the example of transition of a company’s existing accounting and financial reporting system.
Brief training consultations at request in the spheres of the labor, civil, accounting and tax legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with regard to the Client’s existing system (subject/ topical training consultations).
