The Leading Edge Alliance is a global alliance of independent accounting and business advisory firms. Each firm is a separate and independent legal entity and as such has no liability for the acts or omissions of any other member firm. The Leading Edge Alliance is an association and does not fall within the definition of "network" under the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Code of Ethics, Section 290 and the European Union Statutory Audit (revised 8th Company Law) Directive.

PAO "COLLEGE OF AUDITORS"

The Professional Auditing Organization “Collegium of Auditors” was established in 2007 by auditors and auditing organizations in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Auditing Activities”. The founders of the Professional Auditing Organization “Collegium of Auditors” are two auditing companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan such as “FinAudit” and “ASIKO”.

On 13 April, 2007 the PAO “Collegium of Auditors” was accredited by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Accreditation Certificate № 1 dated 13.04 2007).

The main purpose of the PAO “Collegium of Auditors” is to achieve a high level of compliance and observance by auditors with and of the audit principles, to improve the auditors’ professional skills and qualification, to strengthen the confidence by shareholders, owners, the public and state authorities in audit reports and auditor’s opinions, to remove any obstacles, restrictions or limitations preventing from development of the Kazakhstan auditing sector.

The PAO “Collegium of Auditors” is a member of the Forum of Kazakhstan Entrepreneurs, of the Association of Kazakhstan Taxpayers, and closely cooperates with other public and non-profit organizations with the purpose to strengthen the confidence in audit procedures, to improve the audit quality, to solve the issues and problems of the Kazakhstan audit sector development. More than 40 auditing companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan are members of the PAO “Collegium of Auditors”.

"LEM" Publishing House

LEM LLP commenced it publishing activities in 1995.  The company’ basic activity profile includes the publication of economic literature devoted to finances, as well as to the tax and accounting legislations. 

“LEM Publishing House” LLP is a member of the Association of Book Publishers and Distributors, of the Almaty Association of Entrepreneurs, of the Independent Entrepreneurs Association, and it regularly participates in book fairs held by Almatykitap at the “Atakent” Kazakhstan Business Cooperation Center or in other important events.  Its products are sold throughout and everywhere in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“LEM Publishing House” LLP more than once has been awarded with letters of commendation and the diplomas, including for the publications which authors are the specialists of the “ASIKO” Auditing Company, such as:    

Diploma of the Fourth International Book and Printing Trades Fair “Along the Silk Road” for the book “Job Description for Basic Personnel of Legal Entities in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, declared as the winner under the nomination of “Business Publications”. 

Diploma of the Fourth International Book and Printing Trades Fair “Along the Silk Road” for the book “Standard Contracts and Agreements Album” declared as the winner under the nomination of “Business Publications”. 

Diploma of the Third International Book and Printing Trades Fair “Along the Silk Road” for the book “Office Work and Records Management in the Republic of Kazakhstan” declared as the winner under the nomination of “Business Publications”.
